GENERAL 
Registration / Subscription on the website : when registering or subscribing for the use of the nomad community service, no charge is made to the customer’s credit card or debit card. By entering the website, the client accepts the published prices. It is the client’s obligation to keep informed of current prices, which wild always be published on the site.
All our items will be charged in Euro, the prices in their currencies are subject to the purchase and sale of currencies that your bank has. Nomad Community has no control over the exchange rate applied by your bank. Nomad Community reserves the right to publish stock of items on the site, and you accept this fact in full.
DELIVERY & RETURN
Shipping
Orders are processed in a method maximum of 3 days. 
Delivery charges apply to the order, they depend on the country to which the package is sent. Delivery costs are free in France.
Change of address: No change of address can be made after an order has been confirmed.
How can I know that my order has been confirmed ? 
Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain the tracking number of your package and you will be able to track it. 
Nomad Community makes the shipments through Its strategic allies. Problems in delivery, delays, damage, loss or theft are the responsability of the shipping company, however you can contact us to support you with the follow up.

Delivery delay:
You will receive your package within 4-5 working days. Order delivered in several packages: for logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in two or more packages. In this case, an e-mail will be sent to you.

Return:
Do you want to make a return?
It’s simple, you must send us your request by email to this address: contact@nomad-community.com. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to send us your request.
Articles of Nomad Community are guaranteed exchange, as long as the merchandise has not been altered by the customer, meaning that the client have previously have been dressed or washed the items.
Once the the exhange or return order has arrived at Nomad Community store, It will be sent to the quality control department, If your items are in the correct condition to accept the return, we will proceed to send your change for the requested items or make your refund of money. 
Changes or Returns are not accepted on items on sale or such as hats, accessories
Do the exchanges or returns have any cost ? 
No only that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the return package
